Parking is tight there, so due to a change of plans, we were grateful they accommodated us. The staff were helpful. The decor is very modern but is beginning to get tired.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Pamplona Plaza and found it to be good value. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The only things missing were a refrigerator and kettle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking is available on site. The hotel has a very pleasant cafe for breakfast or a snack. While the hotel is outside of the historic centre, we found it to be an easy 20 minute walk to the elevator that can take you up to the old town.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff at the hotel and in the adjoining cafe were just great, very welcoming. Diego, the manager is a really pleasant guy and full of information. As we reserved through "Booking.com" we had free parking. The hotel really is about 15mins walk from the escalator that takes you up into the town. If you don't use this, you can walk up the road to the where the bulls are released for the bull run (thanks for the tip Diego). Very interesting. Just another quick note - despite some comments made about the location, the area felt very safe, some interesting shops and friendly shopkeepers.

This hotel had free secure parking underground which for us was very important when you are traveling with your car and belongings, the hotel was smaller than I expected, but very modern, spotlessly clean and were made feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, please note the dining area is a little Gem we had a lovely simple evening meal and delicious breakfast there and the ambiance was lovely as were the staff, five stars from us 👍🏻

Front desk staff very cordial and helpful, giving me directions to Old Town. Good, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Chose for free parking and proximity to train station, where I was dropping off rental car. Nice to have designated parking for 15 minute loading.

Warm efficient welcome and check in. Extremely comfortable. Clean. We enjoyed the 20 min walk to the old town. Our 2nd stay and we would happily stay again. A good supermarket nearby and a coffee shop about 5 min walk away served great pastries and coffee. The cafe attached to the hotel was good as well. Parking was very easy. Love the hotel and love Pamplona.

Hotel was lovely, staff welcoming. There was a restaurant/ bar next door attached to hotel that we used for eating in. The town was a short walk from the main hub - The weather wasn't great - so we stayed nearby. The facilities were lovely in the hotel. It had a lift I could use instead of stairs for my mobility.

Only 1 hotel that I have booked in 17 trips to Europe had as good a bed as hotel Pamplona plaza room 2. The shower was a nice size where you have room to move around while waiting to get the right temperature. The controls were simple (1 for temperature and 1 for amount of water). The air conditioner was superb it kept a nice temperature. The safe was good size. The staff Sylvia, Rebecca and the gentleman were all very helpful for sightseeing and knowledge of the very nice area that was close to train station.

Location was good. Just a short walk from the Rail Station. And a lovely riverside walk to the Old City. Near Cafes and Supermarkets. Hotel room was a good size, very comfortable bed, good water pressure, good Wifi. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast from the Cafe downstairs.
